Lake Cypress Springs Parks
Walleye Park
Walleye Park is located off FM 3122. It features handicapped accessible climate controlled restroom facilities, a boat ramp, camp sites, camper sites, shelters, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a play area, and showers with hot and cold water. Twin Oaks Park
Twin Oaks Park is located off FM 3122 and is designed for group outings. The facility includes a pavilion and restrooms with showers. It is equipped with sewer hookups. It will accommodate 15 RVs, and the entire facility must be rented at a charge of $225 a night. There is a three night minimum. Overlook Park
Overlook Park is located on the north side of the lake on FM 2723. It features restroom facilities, a boat ramp, and primitive camp sites. For more information please go to the Franklin County Water District's website: www.fcwd.com.
 
Mary King Park
Mary King Park is located at the north end of Spur 3007, off FM 3007 on the south side of the lake. This park is for foot traffic only from dawn to dusk. The park has no camping or restroom facilities. A public boat ramp is available around the clock. For more information please go to the Franklin County Water District's website: www.fcwd.com.
 
Guthrie Park
Guthrie Park is located on FM 3007 just north of the dam. The park has restroom facilities with showers, campsites, 39 camper sites, tennis courts, a baseball field, basketball goals, boat ramp, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a swimming area, and a beach volleyball court. Dogwood Park
Dogwood Park is located on FM 3007 south of the dam It  has restroom facilities, a boat ramp, and primitive camp sites. The camping sites are available on a first come, first served basis. For more information please go to the Franklin County Water District's website: www.fcwd.com.
