Lake Monticello Park

Titus County Park

Titus County Park on Monticello Lake is located on county road SW15 off FM 127. Boat ramps give access to both Monticello and Bob Sandlin lakes. Warm water (72 degrees) fishing is available year round due to the power plant’s usage of Monticello Lake water for cooling electric generators.
Park admission is $2 per person for 24 hours. Campsites rent for $7 per 24-hour period. All 28 sites are equipped with picnic tables and ten have outdoor grills. A nearby bathhouse / restroom includes hot and cold running water. Sites are offered on a first come, first served basis. Advance reservations are not offered.
